RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Cajón Drumz,LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

RETURN POLICY

Cajón Drumz,LLC & Lewi™ Custom Cajón Drumz, strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, and would like to return or exchange it for the complete value of the item(s) you may do so within two weeks (14 days) of the shipment date. Shipping, handling, duties-including those necessary to return the item- are the buyers responsibility, and will not be refunded. In order to receive full credit, returned items must include all original packaging, and in original undammaged condition. Items must show no signs of wear and be returned or exchanged within the 2 weeks (14 days) of shipping. Prior to returning any item(s), you must first have contact for a return authorization.
